Payment terms: Full amount is due and workshop date is determined before the Preparatory Period begins.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Once payment is received and the workshop date is confirmed, we will begin our 7 day preparation.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable.
  • Workshops may be rescheduled with at least 3 days’ notice and must take place within 30 days of the original date.
  • Travel expenses will be invoiced upon completion of the workshop and are due upon receipt.
  • If the workshop is canceled, we will make every effort to recover any refundable travel costs. However, any non-refundable or incurred travel expenses will still be billed in full and paid upon receipt.
